Reservation Policy (Hotel Only)

• Reservations must be canceled before 11:00 AM on the day prior to the scheduled arrival to avoid the charge of the first night’s cost (+ taxes).

• You guarantee the reservation with your credit card. No deposit is required. Payment is due upon arrival (except under special conditions).

• No-show fees: First night’s stay plus taxes.

• Check-in time: 3:00 PM.

• Check-out time: 12:00 PM.

• All prices are valid except for transcription or computer errors, in which case we disclaim any responsibility to honor such prices.

• Reservations must be modified or canceled through our website at www.springhoteles.com.

Reservation Policy (Flight + Hotel)

• Non-refundable deposit.

• Cancellation or modification of the booked services may incur management and cancellation fees charged to the reservation holder, as well as, in some cases, the payment of the specified amounts based on tariff conditions.

• In the case of hotel reservations, you must cancel the reservation by 11:00 AM on the day prior to the scheduled arrival to avoid being charged for the first night’s accommodation cost, along with applicable taxes. No-show fees will be billed for the first night’s stay, including taxes.

• Check-in time: 3:00 PM.

• Check-out time: 12:00 PM.

Transport Reservation Terms

• Refunds: Transport reservations are non-refundable.

• Online Check-In: To avoid additional costs and save time at the airport, we recommend using the airline’s online check-in, typically available on the airline’s website 24-36 hours before the scheduled flight departure. Please contact us if you need assistance.

• Transit Visa: A transit airport visa may be required when you have booked connecting flights. If you do not have the necessary visas, airlines may not allow you to board. Connecting Flights: When traveling with multiple airlines, you generally need to collect and check your luggage again at each airport. As this means you have to leave the airport’s transit area, please be aware that the visa complication risk is higher. • Additional baggage fees are non-refundable.

NOTE: If purchasing extra baggage is not available during the booking process, please contact the airline for extra baggage.

For flights, we recommend online check-in using the airline’s website to avoid extra charges and confirm flight information with the airline.

• The contracted fare may include the option to select seats. You can manage this after making the reservation using your booking reference through the airline’s website.

Reservation Conditions with Ryanair

In the case that your flight is provided by a low-cost airline, it’s important to review the special conditions of your flight. In the case of Ryanair, their policy requires an online verification process to complete the check-in, to be done by the traveler and may incur an additional cost per booking.

Travelers can complete this online verification process through their website or present themselves at the airport check-in counter on the day of travel, at least 120 minutes before the flight’s departure.

To complete the process, you will need a valid ID or Passport and a device with a front-facing camera.
