Coal is the contemporary grill house of Spring Hotels in Playa de las Américas, where fire and raw ingredients take the lead: from juicy sirloins to ribs with a smoky flavour, cooked by grill chefs who master the embers. The grill does not disguise: it intensifies.

At Coal we do not just serve meat: we create moments. There is a children’s menu, homemade desserts and a signature cocktail at the restaurant bar before dinner.

If you are staying on half board, you have one dinner here with the restaurant menu for every five nights; on All Inclusive, two. If you would like to come back, you get a discount on the à la carte menu and on the charcoal-grilled meats. You can also book a table without staying with us.
