Large circular pool of 1,255 m² and 1.50 m deep, the social heart of the hotel, with 600 sunloungers and towels available to guests, a lifeguard and a hydraulic lift for guests with reduced mobility. Open from 9am to 6pm in winter and from 9am to 7pm in summer, heated to between 26 and 27 °C in winter and between 28 and 30 °C in summer.

Children’s water park of 160 m² with 16 water features and pools sized for the little ones, plus a sunlounger area for the whole family. There is a charge for guests of the Cleopatra Palace: ask at reception for the price.

Children’s pool of 34 m² and 0.50 m deep, set within the pool area and with a lifeguard. Same opening hours as the main pool: from 9am to 6pm in winter and from 9am to 7pm in summer. Heated to between 26 and 27 °C in winter and between 28 and 30 °C in summer.

Beach volleyball court in the sports area of the Mediterranean Palace. It is used for Club Mare Kids activities and you can book it at the gym. It is included for guests of the Mediterranean Palace and the Sir Anthony; for guests of the Cleopatra Palace there is a charge: ask at reception for the price.

Tennis court shared by the three hotels, chargeable and by prior booking at any reception or at the gym. Equipment is included: two rackets, balls, two towels, two waters and the access key, which you collect at the Cleopatra Palace reception. Ask at reception for the hourly rate.

Boutique shop with gastronomic treasures, wines and selected Canarian products, everyday essentials and gifts, plus a café with an outdoor terrace where you can have salads, sandwiches, pastries and coffee. Open 9am–8pm.

Amusement arcade for all ages, with a pool table and games machines, pay per game. Open until 12am.

Car park for guests, free of charge and subject to availability, with 43 car spaces (24 outdoor and 19 underground), 12 reduced mobility spaces, 6 for electric cars and 6 for motorbikes. It cannot be booked in advance.
