Every room has a terrace and a view to choose from: mountain, pool or ocean. Family rooms add space for the children, and the suites add a lounge and, in some cases, a private pool on the terrace.

Thalasso-Spa

A seawater pool at 32 °C, a sauna, a steam bath and a jacuzzi, plus treatment rooms, on the ground floor of the Cleopatra Palace. Open from 10am to 6pm.

The Oasis Wellness

Massages, rituals and facial and body treatments with Natura Bissé and Indiba, at the Sir Anthony. Open from 11am to 7pm, by appointment.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently stayed here for 11 days with our 7 month old. Our room was lovely, with a very comfortable travel cot, with lovely blanket and wrapped teddy which was a big hit. There was also towels and a mini toiletry set for the baby, this was a lovely touch. Our room was facing Cleopatra Hotel, and we had a lovely balcony. The are surrounding on the ground floor could do with some work as it is not very nice to look at but other than that everything was lovely.
The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, with loads of space and seating areas both inside and out. We especially loved the ground floor with all the gorgeous plants.
We paid for half board and the variety of food available was amazing, and we always had a lovely breakfast and dinner in the Pier restaurant. One evening we did go to the Italian on the premises, unfortunately this was disappointing, the started was undercooked and my main was cold and appeared to have been left under the lights for some time.
The pool is fantastic, its huge and both ourselves and our baby really enjoyed it. It was so clean and we enjoyed the pool entertainment.
The evening on the terrace was also very nice, entertainment for the kids followed with some for the adults.
All of the staff were fantastic, and could not do enough for us.
The hotel is very central with easy access to the beach, which is absolutely gorgeous.
Overall we absolutely loved staying here, it was a brilliant introduction to travelling abroad with a small baby and we would love to return some day.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This was the second time we stayed at this hotel after a disastrous trip in Mallorca. Last time we felt that the outside of the hotel was too crowded and noisy, but we enjoyed the entertainment (especially the aqua gym at 12pm) and the food a lot, so we wanted to go again.
Since this time we stayed at the end of August, the outside crowd was less dense, and the noise level was manageable.
Every night they put a music and dance show which we enjoyed from our balcony. If you are staying in the pool or ocean view rooms, you would hear the night entertainment in your room, but they stop precisely at 11am so it shouldn’t be a problem if you are not an early bird.
The kids club is another level. They are so kind to the kids and you can see from the stuff that they are not just entertaining the kids for money but they are really enjoying what they are doing. Although our daughter didn’t spend so much time there cause she was 11 years old and almost a teenager, she enjoyed her time there, did some tshirt painting, baked some chocolate chip cookies, made some nice bracelets, and had a movie afternoon, etc.
The pool was quite large, even with many guests at the pool, you could do some laps.
The entertainment was adjusted for every couple of hours so no constant activity and music at the pool, which we enjoyed a lot. Aqua gym was our favorite, especially with Maria (on Mondays and Fridays). She is full of energy and really motivates you to enjoy your workout and time. They also have live band playing during aqua gym on Wednesdays, which is a must.
About the smoking and vaping, although they had a dedicated spot next to the pool, we saw some guests were vaping anyway. But in general the guests were respectful about the rule.
There were always enough sun beds during the day, so rushing for a sun bed was unnecessary. We enjoyed the early calm ocean in the morning, and when we came back from a lunch, we could still find sun beds at nice spots.
Next time in our stay, we would try out the private pool suites.

We spent 8 days in Mediterranean palace (nothing to see with a palace) with our 3 kids, July 2026.
What a deception from many points, we were taken for cash cows and did not understand how it is possible that the resort has 5 stars.
It all started when we arrived and needed to ask the luggage carrier to help us, whereas he was standing outside and saw that we were unloading our car..
At the front desk, we were handle by Marcela and she was not friendly. Talking quick and not smiling, even not proposing welcome drink as we red on the review ..
Arriving in the room was Ok. We got connecting rooms on the second floor, and everything was ready for our kids.
Anyway we booked Mountain View, we just have view on ugly buildings and street..isolation with the street is nevertheless good!
Beds are good, towels quality is ok and recyclable stuff are doing the job.
First night, we discovered how poor is the isolation of rooms: doors are smashing until midnight and the day after, smashing again from 7 in the morning.. impossible to rest.
Cleaning staff is not quite as well, talking loud in the corridor.
You can also hear your neighbours talking in their rooms as walls and doors are made of carton..
Even flip flop noise of people passing in front of your room can be clearly heard, imagine with real shoes when people are coming late by night to there rooms.
The drain from the room above you is passing in the room, so every flush on top of you will pass close by.
After that we went to restaurant and situation did not improve.
We selected half board and once again what a deception.
Meat is low quality same for fishes that are definitely frozen stuffs.
Even a single burger is not tasty, the meat is just crap , kids were really disappointed and disgusted.
Fruits are coming from tin can (they do not hide it), and juice are not hand made. Maybe the orange juice!
Half board does not included even a single bottle of spring water and as soon as you arrive in restaurant they will catch you to pay again and again.
Sparkling 50cl of water will be charged 3.5 euro, sale for soft drinks and small beers.
Wine glass is around 5 euro for really poor quality..
The resort does not respect Spanish law, because since 7/2022, all bars, restaurants and hotels have to provide drinkable water to their guests for free.
Breakfast might be the only meal that is acceptable, continental style with sparkling wine for free and a spring water.
A bunch of noisy entertainment around the pool are proposed along the day (aqua gym at 12, games by the afternoon).. once again in a five stars resort, you should not be disturb by entertainment if you do not want to. Impossible to rest by the pool,being disturbed by entertainment.
There are ping pong table close to the pool, but they do not provide rackets, you have to buy it!
Same for gym, you have to pay for it! 6 euro per day or 20 for the week, not acceptable for a five stars. All is made to take always more money from you!
We visited the mini club infrastructures that look new and clean: climbing walk, water parc activity, multilingual staff , everything is there.
Only the music room has no music instruments as shown on the hotel website.
Last issue we like to let the community knows, is regarding « à la carte » restaurants.
When you arrive for the check in, they will give you vouchers that allow you one meal in Italian or meat restaurant.
Once again it’s a trap ! We selected meat restaurant for the birthday of our kid and when you arrive, only one piece of meat is included.. all the other one are subjected to 25 euro extra.
We tried the free one, slices of beef in a dressing, really not tasty at all, far away from our expectations.

So we can consider that, despite he likes to answer the reviews to show resort cares about clients, when you are in the hotel, you are just good to pay and your confort does not matter !

Everything else met our expectations. The only downside was the breakfast, which was quite simple and had very limited options, especially for vegan guests. Adding a wider variety of vegan choices would make the breakfast experience much better. Despite that, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.

The hotel is large, clean and in an excellent location, with everything within walking distance. The pool area is spacious and well maintained, and all of the staff have been friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

One of the biggest highlights of this hotel is definitely the entertainment team. They are absolutely fantastic and put so much effort into organising activities for both adults and children. A special mention also goes to the Kids Club – they do an amazing job. Our son absolutely loved spending time there and looked forward to going every day. It really made our holiday even more enjoyable. The bartenders also deserve recognition – they are friendly, professional and make excellent cocktails.

We chose the All Inclusive package, which includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks. The cocktails are excellent and definitely one of the highlights. In the evenings there is live music, creating a lovely atmosphere. During our stay we were also had the opportunity to watch Spain's World Cup match on a giant screen, which was a fantastic experience.

The only area where we think there is room for improvement is the daytime atmosphere around the pool. Music is only played during organised activities, and for the rest of the day it is completely silent. We asked the entertainment team if it would be possible to have some background music, but they explained that many guests had previously requested no music. We completely respect that, but personally we were surprised, as this is the first hotel we've visited where there is no music by the pool during the day. Even some quiet background music would make the atmosphere even more enjoyable.

Another small disappointment with the All Inclusive package is the snack selection. During the day, the only complimentary snack available is Pringles. If you would like anything else, you have to pay extra. We expected a slightly wider selection of snacks as part of the package.

Despite these small points, we are having a fantastic holiday. The excellent location, beautiful pool, outstanding staff, delicious cocktails, amazing entertainment team and exceptional Kids Club make this a hotel we would happily recommend to anyone visiting Tenerife.

2025- Back again. All just as good as before, staff excellent. Valentina in the food hall great.
2024-They have come back strong. Excellent rooms, very well equipped. The staff at the restaurants were great, especially Todor and Francisco. Pool area is huge with plenty of beds available. Would highly recommend.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We stayed at Mediterranean Palace from June 9th to June 14th with our 9-month-old baby girl. We had breakfast included and also rented a car during our stay.

We arrived quite late in the evening and we were not sure how to enter the hotel because there was a barrier at the entrance. We went inside with our baby and the staff reacted very quickly — they immediately came to help my husband enter with the car, took care of our luggage and helped us get to our room. We were given two room keys and three cards for the pool towels. The cards had to be returned, and we were able to exchange the towels every time without any issue.

The breakfast was not the biggest we have ever had, but there was still a very good variety of choices: eggs, bacon, fruits, vegetables, different types of coffee, pastries, and even salmon. There was something for everyone.

The hotel itself looks beautiful, both inside and outside. The pool area is great, the pool is very large, and the water was really warm — even comfortable for our baby.

The location is excellent, very close to the sea and also close to many tourist attractions.

Regarding cleanliness, it was not absolutely perfect, but it was good. We had fresh towels every day, clean bedding, and the staff were always kind and helpful.

We booked through Loveholidays and the staff mentioned that a baby was not included in the reservation details. However, they were very helpful and offered us a baby cot and everything needed for our daughter without any problem. They did not bring anything without asking first, which we appreciated. We also received a 20% discount for a meal at nearby restaurants and a baby card for the playground at the Mare Nostrum Resort.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We had no problems, the hotel is beautiful, the staff were wonderful, and we would happily return. We highly recommend Mediterranean Palace for a relaxing family holiday.

☺Brilliant hotel, location is perfect central to everything you need. Very very clean, staff were very friendly and greeted us everyday. The pool was great, great entertainment all day at pool. Cocktails were amazing. Seems to be a great place for all ages, would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and especially families with kids.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The hotel is visually very appealing, and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and well-coordinated. Unfortunately, however, the rooms are very noisy. You can hear a lot from the neighbors (TVs, conversations) and from the hallway (people walking by, music from the events downstairs). We also had the problem with the rooms with a mountain view that the bright advertising sign for the Deseo Lounge is very distracting, and you have to close the curtains in the evening.

Breakfast was excellent. The pool was unfortunately still a bit too cold at that time. It’s also annoying that in the morning, the loungers in the front rows are reserved and no one is there. Perhaps they should be more consistent about this and remove the towels.

The parking situation was a bit frustrating at times. At first, we were assured that there were plenty of free parking spots available for us to use. A few days later, as the hotel filled up, we returned from an outing to find all the spots taken. There aren’t many free spots on the street either. So for the next few days, we made sure to come back earlier so we could park at the hotel. I can’t imagine what it will be like during peak vacation season...

If we ever choose Tenerife as our vacation destination again, we’d be happy to come back but with a different room location.

The hotel is just simply the best in tenerife I would not stay anywhere else in the future. I couldnt get over how the hotel looked the decor and design is just great I loved how the hotel was I would simply say its a 5 star hotel. The staff were just amazing from reception to entertainment to the cleaners. The cleaners every day would great you each member. The entertainment staff doing the sports activities like games and sports like volley ball had a great way about things very energetic people with great positive out look on things. I really liked the sports activities the staff definitely done exceptional work if you ask me. The buffet was great however I would of liking to see more of an Irish traditional breakfast there. They have a weighing scales for your baggage which is a bonus to and staff at reception try there best to accommodate you

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is until 12:00 noon. Subject to availability, we can offer early check-in or late check-out. Late check-out has a cost depending on how late you want to stay; ask at reception about availability and the amount on the day you leave, from 9:00 am.

Yes, there is free parking, subject to availability, with outdoor and underground spaces. There are spaces for reduced mobility and for electric cars. In total we have 43 car spaces (24 outdoor and 19 underground), 12 reduced mobility spaces, 6 for motorbikes and 6 for electric cars (3 outdoor and 3 underground). Spaces cannot be reserved.

There is a main circular pool of around 1,255 m², a children's pool and the Splash Park. A lifeguard is on duty from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm in winter and from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm in summer. The pools are heated: between 26 and 27 °C in winter and between 28 and 30 °C in summer.

The main pool has a hydraulic lift for guests with reduced mobility.

The complex has a gym, a spa and a wellness and beauty centre. Gym: chargeable, by the day or by the week, and free with All Inclusive; 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. Spa: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, with reception until 7:00 pm, on the ground floor of the Hotel Cleopatra Palace, with a water area and treatments (chargeable and by appointment).
