Two main pools, one of them heated in winter, with the water between 20 and 25 °C. Both are 1.37 m deep, with a hydraulic lift to get in and out of the water. Loungers, parasols and towels are free of charge, and loungers cannot be reserved. Lifeguard on duty 9:30am–5:30pm.

House rules: over-18s only; not suitable for guests with heart or blood pressure conditions, or for pregnant women; no footwear; no food or drink; no diving, jumping or swimming in the pool (1.30 m deep); showering before the thermal circuit is compulsory; capacity is limited and booking at the spa is required; swimwear must be worn at all times and a towel is compulsory. Technogym gym in a single studio: treadmills, exercise bikes, multi-gym and cross trainer. Free for every guest staying at the Hotel Vulcano aged 16 and over. Open 7am–7pm. Proper sports clothing, footwear and a towel are required, and swimwear or wet clothing is not allowed on the machines. Food and drink are not permitted, except water or isotonic drinks. Please put weights, towels and equipment back in place when you finish. Guests with diabetes, heart conditions and similar should check with their doctor before using the gym; the hotel accepts no responsibility for the effects that use of the room and its equipment may have on your health.
