Where the flavours of the Mediterranean meet the soul of the Canary Islands

Windsor is the restaurant at Hotel Sir Anthony. Breakfast combines a carefully put-together buffet with a menu of hot dishes cooked to order, and through the rest of the day it serves Mediterranean cooking built on fresh, seasonal, local produce.

The dining room opens onto a garden terrace beside the pool. It is a place to eat without hurrying: quiet lunches, long dinners and conversations nobody interrupts.

We work with fresh, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, without fuss. The menu mixes well-made classics with a few bolder plates, and changes when the market does.

Canarian Soul Night, on Wednesdays

Once a week Windsor turns Canarian. Island cooking read in a contemporary key, with local produce and live music alongside. It is the restaurant’s only themed dinner and it tends to fill up, so it is worth booking.
