Canarian Soul Night
On Wednesdays, Windsor celebrates its Canarian identity. Island cooking read in a contemporary key, with local produce and live music in the background. It is the restaurant’s only themed dinner and one of the most special experiences of the week, so we recommend booking in advance.

What dining options are there?
At Sir Anthony you can enjoy the exclusive Windsor restaurant, with à la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner. In addition, as a Sir Anthony guest, you'll have access to the dining offer of the Spring Hotels complex, which includes buffet restaurants, themed restaurants and bars at the Mediterranean Palace and the Cleopatra Palace.
Depending on your meal plan, you can choose between different dining options within the complex. Check with reception for the opening times, availability and conditions of each restaurant during your stay.
I have allergies or need a special diet. Can you cater for me?
Yes. At Sir Anthony we can adapt our dining offer for guests with allergies, intolerances or special dietary needs, such as coeliac disease, lactose intolerance, vegetarian or vegan diets or other food requirements.
We recommend letting us know before your arrival, stating your booking reference and your needs, so that our kitchen team can prepare in advance. During your stay, our dining staff will be happy to advise you on the most suitable dishes and their allergens.
Do I need to book a table at Windsor?
Yes, we recommend booking, especially for dinner and for Canarian Soul Night on Wednesdays. You can do it online at any time from the restaurant page, or ask at reception when you arrive. If you are staying with us, tell us the day and time and we will have it ready.
Where can I see the Windsor menu?
On the Windsor page, in the food and drink section. The menus are there as PDFs, with a QR code so you can open them on your phone. We update them whenever they change, so what you see published is what you will find at the table.
What is Canarian Soul Night?
Our Canarian evening at Windsor, every Wednesday. Island cooking read in a contemporary key, with local produce and live music. It is the restaurant's only themed dinner and it tends to fill up, so it is worth booking ahead.
What is breakfast like at the Sir Anthony?
It is served at Windsor and combines two things: a carefully put together buffet and a menu of hot dishes cooked to order. You can sit indoors or on the garden terrace, by the pool. It is included in every board plan, starting with bed and breakfast.
Can we hold private lunches or dinners at Windsor?
Yes. Windsor hosts both intimate celebrations and larger gatherings, and our team takes care of the arrangements: the space, the menu and the set-up. Write to us with what you have in mind and how many of you there will be, and we will suggest the format that fits best.
Are drinks included with lunch or dinner?
Drinks are charged separately, both on half board and on full board.
Can I swap lunch for dinner on half board?
Yes, you can choose between lunch or dinner, whichever suits you best.
