The Alegría restaurant is Hotel Bitácora’s large buffet, designed so the whole family finds their dish: live show cooking, corners for the little ones and themed buffets that turn dinner into a small culinary journey.

It serves every hotel board basis —bed & breakfast, half board with drinks and premium all inclusive— and includes house drinks at dinner.
