Every restaurant and bar at Spring Hotels

Thirty-four across the six hotels, plus two that belong to the group and are open to everyone: La Palapa Beach Club, on El Camisón beach, and the Hard Rock Cafe Tenerife.

By hotel: nine at the Vulcano, eight at the Arona Gran, seven at the Mediterranean Palace, six at the Bitácora, three at the Cleopatra Palace and one at the Sir Anthony, the Windsor restaurant.

Ten are restaurants, between buffets and à la carte. The rest are bars, terraces and snack bars by the pools.

Bed and breakfast, half board and all inclusive. Not every hotel offers all three, so check the one you want when you book.

• Bed and breakfast: the buffet breakfast.
• Half board: breakfast and one main meal, usually dinner.
• All inclusive: breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus snacks and drinks through the day.

Drinks with lunch and dinner are not included unless you are on all inclusive, which covers every drink on the list except a few premium ones, such as black labels or gran reserva wines.

Not at the buffets: you walk in during service hours.

At the à la carte restaurants you do, and it is worth doing it as soon as you arrive, because seating is limited:

Reception will take care of it and tell you whether there is a table that night.

Yes. Each restaurant and bar page carries its menus as PDFs, and it is always the current version: when the kitchen changes a dish, the link stays the same.

The buffets have no food menu, though some do publish their drinks list.

You cannot enter the restaurants in swimwear or with a bare torso, and sportswear is not allowed in the evening.

For dinner, some ask for a little more:

• Windsor, at the Sir Anthony: smart casual.
• Jarea, at the Arona Gran: casual dress, no beachwear or flip-flops.
• Buffet Las Vistas, at the Arona Gran: casual dress.
• Las Salinas, at the Vulcano: casual dress.

At the pool bars, terraces and snack bars there is no need to change.

La Palapa Beach Club and the Hard Rock Cafe Tenerife are open to everyone, whether you are staying with us or not. If you are a guest at one of our hotels nearby, you get 15% off the Hard Rock menu.

At the hotel restaurants you can invite family or friends to join you for lunch or dinner. Let reception know beforehand and they will tell you about availability, conditions and the price.

UP! is the adults-only rooftop area at the Vulcano, the Arona Gran and the Bitácora, with an infinity pool, jacuzzi and sun terrace. It has its own bar too: soft drinks, beer, cava, cocktails and spirits, plus snacks.

Access is included if you stay in an UP! room. If not, at some hotels you can go up by paying a supplement that depends on your room type and the dates. Ask at reception.

At the Arona Gran Hotel you will find the Las Vistas buffet restaurant, serving breakfast and dinner; the Jarea à la carte restaurant, open for lunch and, two evenings a week, for dinner with a set menu; and the Aguaviva snack bar, with service at the bar or on the terrace.

At Sir Anthony you can enjoy the exclusive Windsor restaurant, with à la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner. In addition, as a Sir Anthony guest, you'll have access to the dining offer of the Spring Hotels complex, which includes buffet restaurants, themed restaurants and bars at the Mediterranean Palace and the Cleopatra Palace.

Depending on your meal plan, you can choose between different dining options within the complex. Check with reception for the opening times, availability and conditions of each restaurant during your stay.

At the Hotel Vulcano we have a buffet restaurant and several bars. You can see all our dining offer, menus and opening times on our gastronomy page. Las Salinas restaurant: breakfast from 7:30am to 12:00 noon and dinner from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. La Palapa bar: from 10am to 5pm. La Cascada bar: from 5:30pm to 12:00 midnight, for a drink with live music. Maracaná bar (sports bar), with TV programmes, from 12:00 noon to 12:00 midnight.

If you arrive after the restaurant closes and you are on half board, we will put together a cold dinner for you. And if you leave very early, at several hotels you can have coffee, tea, juice and pastries before the buffet opens, as long as you tell us the night before.

Yes. Let us know in advance, giving your booking reference, the dates of your stay and the type of allergy, intolerance or diet you need (coeliac, lactose-free, vegetarian, vegan, diabetic, etc.), so that our kitchen can take it into account. In any case, on arrival at the restaurant please introduce yourself to the maître, who will show you the buffet and how it works. We cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces, as it's a buffet service.

Yes. If you have any allergy, food intolerance or special dietary need, let us know before you arrive, giving your booking number and the type of allergy or diet. Once at the hotel, our catering team will tell you the available options and help you during your stay. We also have gluten-free options, on request with 24 hours' notice.

Yes, we recommend booking, especially for dinner and for Canarian Soul Night on Wednesdays. You can do it online at any time from the restaurant page, or ask at reception when you arrive. If you are staying with us, tell us the day and time and we will have it ready.

On the Windsor page, in the food and drink section. The menus are there as PDFs, with a QR code so you can open them on your phone. We update them whenever they change, so what you see published is what you will find at the table.

For all guests who arrive after the restaurant closes, we prepare a cold dinner, provided the booking is half board.

Our Canarian evening at Windsor, every Wednesday. Island cooking read in a contemporary key, with local produce and live music. It is the restaurant's only themed dinner and it tends to fill up, so it is worth booking ahead.

It is served at Windsor and combines two things: a carefully put together buffet and a menu of hot dishes cooked to order. You can sit indoors or on the garden terrace, by the pool. It is included in every board plan, starting with bed and breakfast.

No, it is not possible to swap dinner for lunch: half board includes breakfast and a buffet dinner, both served in our Las Vistas buffet restaurant. For lunch you have two options in the pool area, both at an additional cost: the Aguaviva snack bar and the Jarea à la carte restaurant.
